You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

In case if you do not like the product which you received from www.Hk Outfitstore.com, you can send back the item you have purchased in its original condition and tags with the same package within 3 days.

7. Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging-box intact with no defects. 8. 3. We are providing our customers with two return options from our side.
A. The customer returns the product from their side.
- If you wish to return the parcel on your own, Hk Outfit store will not charge any fees.
- If you wish to courier the product yourself, you will need to send it to the address given below.
- You will share the tracking details and courier information of the product you're returning on the number 9274158803.
- Once we receive the returned product on our end, your full product amount will be refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours via bank transfer or UPI.
B. The Hk Outfit store's courier person picks up the product.
- If you prefer that the return product is collected by Hk Outfit store's courier person, then ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- From our side, the pickup will be scheduled from your address within 24 to 72 hours. If the pickup does not happen, please contact us at 9274158803.
- Once we receive the returned product on our side, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after deducting Rs. 200/- for return policy pickup from your total amount.
4. You can choose either Option A or Option B from step number 3 mentioned above.

3. You will need to return the product from your side. We have shared our office address below — you can check it.
4. Once you share the return tracking details, only then will the new exchange product be dispatched from our side. After that, the new tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp 9274158803.
5. If you want us to arrange a return pickup from our side, you will need to pay a charge of ₹200. Only after the payment will we arrange the pickup from your address. However, if you choose to return the product on your own, there will be no charge.
We value our customers' time and money, and therefore, we strive to ensure that they receive their purchased products on or before the committed date and in the best condition possible.
1. After placing an order, if the parcel is ready with the courier company, it will be dispatched on the same day or the next day. If the product is not ready in the office, please allow 4-5 days for dispatch.
2. We offer free shipping across India. International shipping rates depend on the country and the weight of the product. Each country has different shipping rates based on the product weight.
3. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product.
4. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can check and track your order's delivery status with our local logistics partner using your order number.
5. No pick-ups will be made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not pick up packages on those days.

1. We deliver to all postal addresses around India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a complete street address with the pin code.
2. Our courier agents include FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, Mahavir Express, XpressBess, Ecom Express, Amazon Couriers, and more. There is usually no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5-day workweek. However, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery in certain cases at an additional cost.
3. Furthermore, deliveries are typically made during the regular business hours of the courier companies, and these hours may vary by country. Please note that no shipments will be made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not perform pickups on those days.
